What’s the minimum booth size you take on?
We work from small congress stands all the way up to large custom pavilions — there’s no hard minimum. Tell us the space you have and what you want it to do, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s worth building.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Ideally 8–12 weeks for a custom build, though we’ve delivered faster when a date moves. The earlier you reach out, the calmer the run-up — and the more options you have.
Do you work with international brands and agencies?
Yes — bilingual and end to end, whether you’re a brand exhibiting far from home or an agency running a project for a client. We’ve built a dedicated page on Exhibiting in Colombia if that’s you.
What does the brief cover, and what happens after I send it?
It just orients us — your event, your space, and what you’re imagining. Within 24 hours a real person replies with initial directions, scope, and next steps. There’s no obligation, and nothing is locked in until you decide.
